Is the Priest allowed to accept money?





I put 50 dollars in an Easter card and I wasn't sure if he would be able to accept it.

probably----say like if you give him $$$ for birthday or Xmas or (Easter)





we gave our priest a gift for Xmas, so if he welcomly accepts those gfts, he can probably accept $$$

Reply:I'm not sure depends on which type of priests ours are missionary priests and they do all the bills maintenance etc by the charity, I would have thought he would put it towards the church and collection box did he open the card there and then? did he know the money was in there? if he's not able to accept it he will tell you thank you but put in the collection!
Reply:they do nothing but accept money, and then they dodge tax. Fraudsters
Reply:they accept money every sunday so why wouldn't they take it in a card? The church is a business after all.
