What would u do if u hadnt seen ur dad since easter in 2006?

i dnt wat to because he sent me a christmas card and then a bday card in feb and i miss but a gave him a chance before easter and i went to his house for a week end and he sed he would get in touch by a phone call and i was still waiting but thenit was near christmas and i was out sleeping at a m8s and me mum rang me up and send there a card so went home and there was £100 and then for bday he gave £20 so some plz help

well by sending u stuff hes showing he cares for u adn wants to keep in contact with u u should try to reach him if he dont want to talk maybe its beacuse hes embarrased or something i havent seen my dad sine i was three but we keep in touch well good luck

Reply:I'm not sure exactly what your question is, but I think you should reach out and call him. He's sending you cards and money so he's trying to show you he cares and he wants to make contact. A dad is too important to throw in the garbage. You said you were waiting for him to get in touch - well have you tried calling him? Maybe he needs to know that you want him in your life, because it's hard for someone to keep reaching out and getting rejected (not sure if you're rejecting him or not, but just to let you know). Dad's are so important, I hope you can fix the relationship with yours and see him again.
Reply:you can try to call he and if he still don't have time for you then tell he the hell with him and if he calls that is good and if he don't that is great when you get older and you been come a man your father will know that he was not there to help to grown into a man you will become a greater man then your father so keep you head up so day you will be a father and you will not treat your kids like that :)
Reply:Try not seeing your dad for 20 years....ya! he left when i was 5 years old...and if i find him now i will punch him in the face!
